The invention provides a fault detection system and method for a charging pile, and the system comprises the steps: an EMS detection module detects the state of each assembly in an EMS, and generates first assembly fault data under the condition that the assemblies in the EMS are abnormal; the BMS detection module detects the component state of each component in the BMS, and generates second component fault data under the condition that the components in the BMS are abnormal; the CCU detection module detects the component state of each component in the CCU, and generates third component fault data under the condition that the components in the CCU are abnormal; the TBOX detection module detects the signal state of each signal corresponding to the TBOX; and generating signal fault data under the condition that any signal is abnormal. And the cloud receives and stores the fault data uploaded by the TBOX. By applying the system, fault detection is comprehensively carried out on each component and signal in the charging pile through the set four detection modules, and the potential safety hazard of using the charging pile is reduced.

    本发明提供了一种充电桩的故障检测系统及方法,该系统包括:EMS检测模块检测EMS内各个组件的组件状态,在EMS内组件发生异常的情况下生成第一组件故障数据;BMS检测模块检测BMS内各个组件的组件状态,在BMS内组件发生异常的情况下生成第二组件故障数据;CCU检测模块检测CCU内各个组件的组件状态,在CCU内组件发生异常的情况下生成第三组件故障数据;TBOX检测模块检测TBOX对应的各个信号的信号状态;在任一信号发生异常的情况下生成信号故障数据。云端接收并保存TBOX上传的各个故障数据。应用该系统,通过设定的四个检测模块全面地对充电桩内各个组件和信号进行故障检测,减小使用充电桩的安全隐患。
