The invention discloses a hydrogen fuel cell control system and method and a hydrogen fuel vehicle, and relates to the technical field of hydrogen fuel vehicles, and the system comprises a camera which collects images around the vehicle; the distance sensor detects the distance and direction between the fire source and the nozzle; the water pump and the waterway are pressurized; a nozzle for spraying reaction water; the nozzle adjusting device is used for adjusting the direction of the nozzle; the water storage tank is used for storing reaction water; the liquid level sensor is used for acquiring the amount of reaction water in the water storage tank; the controller is used for controlling the distance sensor to detect the distance and direction between the fire source and the nozzle after determining that the fire source exists according to the image around the vehicle, and determining a first area of the fire source according to the distance and direction between the fire source and the nozzle and the image around the vehicle; determining a second area where the reaction water can extinguish fire according to the water quantity of the reaction water; and determining a fire extinguishing mode according to the second area and the first area. The system can determine the position of the fire source and inject the reaction water to the position of the fire source, so that the safety of the hydrogen fuel vehicle is improved.
