The invention relates to the technical field of automobile air suspensions, and particularly discloses a guide arm assembly structure of an automobile air suspension. A plate spring seat is supported on a guide arm body, a supporting plate is supported on an axle, and a U-shaped bolt sequentially crosses the guide arm body and the plate spring seat and is in threaded connection with the supporting plate, so that the axle is clamped between the plate spring seat and the supporting plate; the first clamping piece and the second clamping piece are arranged on the two sides of the plate spring base in the width direction respectively, the first clamping piece penetrates through the plate spring base and abuts against the guide arm body, and the second clamping piece penetrates through the plate spring base and abuts against the guide arm body. According to the arrangement, double-side clamping of the first clamping piece and the second clamping piece is adopted, and the plate spring seat and the supporting plate are matched, so that effective positioning and clamping between the guide arm body and the axle are achieved, and external lateral force borne by the guide arm body and the axle is offset mainly through an effective couple formed by the first clamping piece, the second clamping piece and the first positioning pin; and the connection reliability and durability of the assembly structure system of the guide arm body are effectively improved.

    本发明涉及汽车空气悬架技术领域,具体公开了一种汽车空气悬架的导向臂装配结构,其中,板簧座支撑于导向臂本体,托板支撑于车桥,U型螺栓依次跨过导向臂本体与板簧座,并与托板螺纹连接,以使车桥卡接于板簧座与托板之间,第一夹紧件与第二夹紧件分别设置于板簧座宽度方向的两侧,第一夹紧件穿设板簧座并与导向臂本体抵接,第二夹紧件穿设板簧座并与导向臂本体抵接。如此设置,采用第一夹紧件与第二夹紧件的双侧夹紧,并配合板簧座与托板,以实现导向臂本体与车桥之间的有效定位和夹紧,其所受到的外部侧向力主要依靠第一夹紧件、第二夹紧件以及第一定位销共同形成有效力偶进行抵消,有效提升导向臂本体的装配结构系统的连接可靠性与耐久性。
