The invention relates to a coasting device for a vehicle, comprising a wheel provided with a magnetic eddy current braking device comprising a stator (20), a rotor (10) having two pairs of facing surfaces (14, 31 ', 16.1, 32'), and two sets of a plurality of magnets for generating an axial magnetic flux and a radial magnetic flux through said pairs of surfaces. The invention also relates to an aircraft comprising such a taxiing device.
