The invention relates to a multi-rotor propulsion system active noise reduction test control system, which comprises a phase angle setting module, an intelligent coupling system, an optimal phase angle acquisition module and a control module, and is characterized in that the phase angle setting module is used for setting multiple groups of phase angles; the intelligent coupling system is used for controlling the phase angle of each rotor propeller of the propulsion system according to each group of phase angles; the phase angle monitoring module is used for monitoring and displaying a real-time phase angle of each rotor propeller, acquiring a phase angle error according to the real-time phase angle of each rotor propeller and a corresponding phase angle in each group of phase angles, and correcting the phase angle error; acquiring a noise value generated by the rotor propeller after the phase angle error correction; the optimal phase angle acquisition module is used for acquiring an optimal phase angle according to the noise value; and the control module is used for controlling the phase angle of each rotor propeller of the propulsion system according to the optimal phase angle. According to the method, the optimal phase angle is quickly and accurately obtained, so that an efficient noise reduction effect is realized.

    本发明涉及一种多转子推进系统主动降噪试验控制系统,包括:相位角设置模块、智能耦合系统、最优相位角获取模块以及控制模块,相位角设置模块用于设置多组相位角;智能耦合系统用于根据每组相位角控制推进系统的各个转子螺旋桨的相位角;用于监控并显示每个转子螺旋桨的实时相位角,用于根据每个转子螺旋桨的实时相位角与每组相位角中的对应相位角获取相位角误差,对相位角误差进行修正;采集相位角误差修正后的转子螺旋桨产生的噪声值;最优相位角获取模块用于根据噪声值获取最优相位角;控制模块用于根据最优相位角控制推进系统的各个转子螺旋桨的相位角。本发明快速准确地获取最优相位角,从而实现高效的降噪效果。
