The invention relates to the technical field of aircraft front wheel control, and discloses an unmanned aerial vehicle all-electric front wheel turning control box, which comprises a main control assembly, a driving assembly, a power supply assembly and a power supply preprocessing assembly, and is characterized in that the main control assembly receives a turning instruction of a flight control machine and combines an actual position detected by a position sensor; a PWM signal is generated through processing of a position loop and current loop control algorithm and a three-phase brushless direct current motor six-step modulation algorithm, and the PWM signal is driven and amplified by a driving assembly to control the three-phase brushless direct current motor to move, so that a turning actuator is driven to drive a front wheel to turn; the power supply assembly converts an onboard power supply into various secondary power supplies required by the interior of the control box and a power supply required by an external clutch; and the power supply preprocessing assembly realizes signal crosslinking among the assemblies. The all-electric front wheel turning control box is not provided with a hydraulic pipeline, the problems of hydraulic oil leakage, pollution and the like do not exist, tedious oil way arrangement is not needed, and the installation space of a nose landing gear of an unmanned aerial vehicle is saved.

    本发明涉及飞机前轮控制技术领域,公开了一种无人机全电前轮转弯控制盒,该控制盒包括主控组件、驱动组件、电源组件和电源预处理组件,主控组件接收飞控机的转弯指令,并结合位置传感器检测的实际位置,经过位置环、电流环控制算法及三相无刷直流电机六步调制算法处理,产生PWM信号,PWM信号经过驱动组件驱动放大控制三相无刷直流电机运动,从而驱动转弯作动器带动前轮转弯;电源组件将机上电源转化为控制盒内部所需的各种二次电源及外部离合器所需电源;电源预处理组件实现各个组件之间的信号交联。本发明的全电前轮转弯控制盒没有液压管路,不存在液压油泄漏、污染等问题,也不需要繁琐的油路布置,节省了无人机前起落架的安装空间。
