The invention belongs to the technical field of unmanned aerial vehicle design, and discloses a front wheel turning electric actuating device for an unmanned aerial vehicle, which comprises a motor, a planetary reducing mechanism and an angle sensor, the motor is connected with the input end of the planetary reducing mechanism, the tail end of the planetary reducing mechanism comprises an output gear, and the angle sensor is in transmission connection with the output gear through a parallel shaft. Wherein the planetary speed reducing mechanism comprises a high-speed NGW type speed reducer, an NGWN type speed reducer and a low-speed NGW type speed reducer from top to bottom. An electric actuation mode is adopted, the direction control function in the ground sliding and landing process of the unmanned aerial vehicle can be achieved through the onboard power source, the requirements of multi-electric and full-electric aircrafts are met, and due to the fact that the single-redundancy motor and the dual-redundancy feedback sensor are adopted, high reliability is achieved.

    本发明属于无人机设计技术领域,公开了一种用于无人机的前轮转弯电作动装置,包括电机、行星减速机构、角度传感器;电机连接行星减速机构的输入端,行星减速机构末端含输出齿轮,角度传感器与输出齿轮通过平行轴传动相连接;其中,行星减速机构由上到下分别为高速级NGW型减速器、NGWN型减速器、低速级NGW型减速器。本发明采用电作动型式,利用机上电源即可实现无人机地面滑行和着陆过程中的方向控制功能,满足了多电及全电飞机的需求,并且由于采用了单余度电机和双余度反馈传感器,因此具有较高的可靠性。
