The invention relates to a ship electrical synchronous hydraulic steering engine and an electrical synchronous control method, controllers on two sides respectively take a difference value between a rudder order and a rudder angle feedback signal as input, a position closed-loop mode is adopted to carry out angle following control on a rudder angle, a path of synchronous compensation signal is superposed at the output ends of the controllers on the two sides, and the rudder angle is controlled to follow the rudder angle. The synchronous compensation signal is formed by amplifying and adjusting a negative feedback signal of a difference value between a rudder angle feedback signal of the ship side and a rudder angle feedback signal of the other ship side, and the displacement given voltage signals output by the controllers of the two ship sides are corrected; the polarities of the synchronous compensation signals on the two sides are opposite, and the synchronous compensation signals have independent adjustment compensation coefficients; and the two sides are compensated at the same time until the deviation value of the rudder angle feedback signals of the two sides is lower than a set threshold value. Through position closed-loop control, speed closed-loop control and introduction of a synchronous compensation signal, synchronous steering of two side steering engines can be realized.

    本发明涉及一种船舶电气同步液压舵机和电气同步控制方法,两舷的控制器分别以舵令和本舷舵角反馈信号的差值作为输入,采用位置闭环方式对舵角进行角度跟随控制,在两舷的控制器输出端叠加一路同步补偿信号,同步补偿信号由本舷舵角反馈信号和另一舷的舵角反馈信号的差值的负反馈信号经放大调整构成,对两舷的控制器输出的排量给定电压信号进行修正;两舷的同步补偿信号极性相反,同步补偿信号具有单独调节补偿系数;两舷同时进行补偿,直至两舷舵角反馈信号偏差值低于设定阈值。通过位置闭环控制、速度闭环控制及引入同步补偿信号,可实现两舷舵机的同步操舵。
