The angle module device capable of actively changing the camber angle of the wheel comprises a steering knuckle, and the upper portion of the steering knuckle is divided into two sections including the first section close to the wheel and the second section close to an upper swing arm of a suspension; the part close to the wheel is connected with the tail end of an acting motor which is transversely arranged, an output shaft of the acting motor is connected with a lead screw, the lead screw is sleeved with a lead screw nut in a threaded mode, and the lead screw nut is connected with one end of the second section close to the suspension upper swing arm. The other end, close to the suspension upper swing arm, of the second section is fixedly connected with one end of an upper ball pin. According to the scheme, the motor, the lead screw matched with the motor and the lead screw nut structure are arranged on the upper half portion of the steering knuckle of the angle module, and the upper half portion of the steering engine extends and compresses, so that the angle module integrally rotates with the lower ball pin as the circle center, and active change of the camber angle of the wheel is achieved.

    本发明公开了一种主动可变车轮外倾角的角模块装置,包括转向节,所述转向节的上部分为两段,包括靠近车轮的第一段和靠近悬架上摆臂的第二段;所述靠近车轮的部分与横向设置的做动电机的尾端连接,所述做动电机的输出轴连接有丝杠,所述丝杠上螺纹套接有丝杠螺母,所述丝杠螺母与靠近悬架上摆臂的第二段的一端连接,所述靠近悬架上摆臂的第二段的另一端固定与上球头销的一端连接。本方案在角模块转向节上半部分设置了电机及与之配套的丝杠、丝杠螺母结构,转向机上半部的伸长与压缩动作,从而实现角模块整体以下球头销为圆心的转动,实现车轮外倾角的主动变化。
