The invention provides a tire rebound sense simulation method and device, a vehicle and a computer readable storage medium, and relates to the technical field of vehicles, the method is used for the vehicle with a steer-by-wire system, and the method comprises the steps that when the running speed of the vehicle is smaller than or equal to the preset speed, the tire rebound sense is simulated; if it is detected that the steering wheel stops rotating according to the first direction and the steering tire completes steering, the tire resilience force of the steering tire is determined; determining a target rebound torque of a steering wheel motor in the steer-by-wire system according to the tire rebound force; the rebound starting time and the rebound ending time are determined; when the springback starting time arrives, controlling a steering wheel motor to output a target springback torque so as to control the steering wheel to rotate in the direction opposite to the first direction; and when the springback ending time is up, controlling the steering wheel motor to stop outputting the target springback torque so as to control the steering wheel to stop rotating. According to the invention, the simulation of the rebound feeling of the tire can be realized, so that a user can more easily adapt to a vehicle with a steer-by-wire system.
