The invention discloses a novel train control system-based departure method, which comprises the following steps of: S1, stopping a train at a station track, starting an ATP (Automatic Train Protection), starting satellite positioning, and entering a standby mode; the RBC informs the TIS that the non-communication vehicle approaches, the TIS controls an outbound signal machine to be turned on, and a signal opening checking module of the TIS checks whether an access road and a front interval are idle or not; and S2, after a driver inputs departure information, the ATP compares the consistency of satellite positioning and the departure information input by the driver within a certain time, and checks whether a section in front of a departure signal machine is idle or not according to moving blocking, or checks whether a departure route and a first departure section are idle or not according to route blocking. According to the method, the train-mounted ATP is quickly switched into the complete monitoring mode after the station track is started, the complete monitoring mode is switched without depending on a low-speed outbound transponder, and the efficiency and the safety are improved.

    本发明公开一种基于新型列控系统的发车方法,包括步骤:S1、列车停靠在车站股道,ATP启动,开始卫星定位,并进入待机模式;RBC向TIS告知非通信车接近,TIS控制出站信号机点灯,TIS的信号开放检查模块检查进路及前方区间是否空闲;S2、在司机输入发车信息后,ATP在一定时间内比较卫星定位与司机输入的发车信息的一致性,并按照移动闭塞检查并出站信号机前方区段是否空闲,或者,按照进路闭塞检查并检查发车进路和第一离去区段是否空闲。本方法实现了列车车载ATP在股道启机后快速转入完全监控模式,转入完全监控模式不再依赖低速经过出站应答器,提升了效率及安全性。
