The method comprises the steps that the pitch angle speed of a vehicle is obtained; the basic damping of each target shock absorber on the vehicle is determined according to the pitch angular speed, the running state of each target shock absorber on the vehicle is determined according to the pitch angular speed, and the target shock absorbers comprise at least one front axle shock absorber installed on the front axle of the vehicle and at least one rear axle shock absorber installed on the rear axle of the vehicle; for each target shock absorber, target damping of the target shock absorber is determined according to the basic damping and the running state of the target shock absorber; and according to the target damping of the target shock absorber, the target current of the target shock absorber is determined, and the target current is applied to the shock absorber corresponding to the target shock absorber. In this way, the obtained target damping can adapt to the fluctuating road surface, then the effect of restraining the pitching motion of the vehicle body is improved, and the riding comfort of people in the vehicle is improved.
