The invention provides a semi-active suspension damping control method and system, a medium, a control terminal and a vehicle. The method comprises the following steps that a sensor collection signal and a vehicle CAN signal used for semi-active suspension damping control are obtained; acquiring a physical signal in a vehicle running state based on the sensor acquisition signal and the vehicle CAN signal; generating current signals corresponding to ceiling control, comfort boundary control and operation stability boundary control based on the physical signals; obtaining an expected electromagnetic valve driving current of the semi-active suspension based on the current signal; and damping control current is generated based on the expected electromagnetic valve driving current and the actual electromagnetic valve driving current, and the damping control current is provided for a shock absorber of the semi-active suspension to achieve damping control. According to the semi-active suspension damping control method and system, the medium, the control terminal and the vehicle, high-precision damping control can be achieved, and controllability is high.
