The invention discloses a composite material electric heating floor and a manufacturing method thereof. The composite material electric heating floor sequentially comprises a bottom glass fiber skin, a middle core layer, a graphene sheet heating layer and a surface glass fiber skin from bottom to top. The middle core layer is of a phenolic resin laminated structure bonded by epoxy resin; the graphene sheet heating layer is made of a two-dimensional carbon nano material, the thickness of the graphene sheet heating layer is 0.8 mm-1. 2mm, and the graphene sheet heating layer is in a hexagonal honeycomb lattice shape. According to the heating floor, due to the special structure of the hexagonal honeycomb lattice graphene sheet heating layer, after the floor is powered on, in the light wave radiation heating process, energy transfer is more concentrated, the temperature can be effectively controlled between 35 DEG C and 45 DEG C, the purpose of reducing the temperature difference is achieved, and the heating effect is better. The composite material electric heating floor is ensured to meet the application of a rail transit heating floor; and the structural stability of the middle core layer under the high-temperature condition can be ensured, and the phenomenon that the floor is heated to generate gas, and consequently bulging is caused is prevented.

    本发明公开了一种复合材料电加热地板及其制造方法,从下至上依次包括:底层玻璃纤维蒙皮、中间芯层、石墨烯片发热层以及表面玻璃纤维蒙皮;中间芯层为环氧树脂粘接的酚醛树脂层压结构;石墨烯片发热层为二维碳纳米材质,其厚度为0.8mm‑1.2mm,并呈六角形蜂巢晶格状。该加热地板由于六角形呈蜂巢晶格的石墨烯片发热层的特殊结构,使得该地板通电后,光波辐射发热过程中,能量传递更加集中,能够有效地将温度控制在35℃‑45℃之间,实现了缩小温差的目的,确保该复合材料电加热地板满足轨道交通发热地板的应用;并且可以确保中间芯层在高温条件下的结构稳定,防止地板受热产生气体,从而造成鼓包现象。
