    本发明涉及飞机地板技术领域,提供一种飞机复合材料地板结构及制作方法,其中,飞机复合材料地板结构包括第一面板;芯材,设置于所述第一面板的底部;第二面板,设置于所述芯材远离所述第一面板的一侧;预埋衬套,贯穿所述芯材,且所述预埋衬套的一端与所述第一面板连接,另一端与所述第二面板连接,所述预埋衬套用于固定所述地板结构。本发明提供的飞机复合材料地板结构及制作方法,通过芯材设置于第一面板的底部,第二面板设置于芯材远离第一面板的一侧,芯材的设置使得地板结构的整体强度和刚度更高,在飞行时减少所消耗的燃料;而且,预埋衬套的设置,能够保证便于固定地板结构。
