The control device (22) is configured to control the ground power supply device (2) on the basis of the road condition around the road on which the ground power supply device (2) is provided or the traveling trajectory of the moving body (3). The timing at which the identification information of the moving body (3) received from the server (1) and stored in the storage device (222) is erased from the storage device (222) is changed, or the timing at which the validity of the identification information of the moving body (3) received from the server (1) and stored in the storage device (222) is invalidated is changed.
