The invention provides a non-contact power supply system, a ground power supply device and a vehicle. A shift occurring in the relative position between a power transmitting device and a power receiving device is detected using short-range communication. A non-contact power supply system (1) performs non-contact power transmission between a ground power supply device (2) and a vehicle (3) by magnetic field resonance coupling. The vehicle has a power receiving-side resonant circuit (51) for receiving power and a signal transmission device for transmitting an alternating-current magnetic field or a radio wave for transmitting vehicle identification information of the vehicle to a ground power supply device. The ground power supply device has a power transmission-side resonance circuit (43) for transmitting power to the power reception-side resonance circuit, and a signal reception device for receiving the alternating-current magnetic field or radio wave transmitted from the signal transmission device. The ground power supply device detects the relative positional relationship between the power transmission-side resonance circuit and the power reception-side resonance circuit on the basis of the intensity of the alternating-current magnetic field or radio wave received by the signal reception device.
