The anti-lock braking device comprises a control valve, and the control valve comprises a hollow first valve body; the second valve body is arranged in the first valve body, an oil through hole is formed in the second valve body, and the second valve body can move left and right in the first valve body to open or block the oil through hole; the other end of the first spring is fixed in the first valve body; the piston assembly comprises a piston rod and a piston fixed to the piston rod, the left end of the piston rod is fixedly connected with a one-way valve, in the left-right movement process of the piston assembly, the piston is in sealing fit with the inner wall of the first valve body, the piston has magnetic attraction, and a brake fluid containing cavity is formed between the piston and the one-way valve. A brake fluid channel is arranged on the first valve body corresponding to the brake fluid accommodating cavity; the other end of the second spring is connected with the piston; and the electromagnetic coil is arranged in the first valve body. The device has the characteristics of low cost, simplicity and reliability, and is suitable for vehicles such as light two-wheeled electric vehicles.
本发明公开了一种两轮电动车制动防抱死装置,包括控制阀,控制阀包括中空的第一阀体;第二阀体设置第一阀体内,第二阀体上具有通油孔,第二阀体可在所述的第一阀体内左右运动以打开或封堵通油孔;第一弹簧一端连接单向阀,另一端固定在第一阀体内;活塞组件包括活塞杆以及固定在活塞杆上的活塞,活塞杆的左端固定连接单向阀,在活塞组件左右运动过程中,活塞与第一阀体的内壁密封配合,活塞具有磁吸性,活塞与单向阀之间具有制动液容腔,制动液容腔对应的第一阀体上设置制动液通道;第二弹簧一端连接后端盖上,另一端连接活塞;电磁线圈安装在所述的第一阀体内。具有成本低、简单可靠的特点,适用于轻便的两轮电动车等车辆。
