    本发明涉及子午线轮胎技术领域,公开了一种增强胎圈结构设计的工程机械子午线轮胎及测试方法,包括胎体,胎体包括斜底钢丝圈和三角胶芯,胎体内侧增加粘合胶片,胎体外侧依次包覆钢丝胎体帘布、钢丝加强层、子口耐磨胶,斜底钢丝圈为8°斜底,且斜底钢丝圈为斜底六边形钢丝圈;斜底钢丝圈和钢丝胎体帘布中间增加一层粘合胶片;斜底钢丝圈加强层上还包覆2层尼龙补强层,尼龙补强层的两端点均盖过钢丝加强层的端点;胎圈内侧最外层设置有内衬层,本发明提供了一种超加深花纹矿用轮胎,具有优异的耐磨、耐刺扎性能,赋予轮胎强大的牵引性,寿命较普通浅花纹轮胎更长。
