The invention relates to a designed reinforced tire bead of an all-steel large engineering radial tire. The reinforced tire bead comprises a carcass cord fabric (3) surrounding a steel wire ring (1), a seam allowance reinforced layer (2) and a fiber cord fabric composite element (4), wherein the seam allowance reinforced layer (2) is arranged in a U shape, surrounding the carcass cord fabric (3); an outer end point (7) and an inner end point (6) of the seam allowance reinforced layer (2) are at the same height and are lower than a reverse-packaging end point (5) of the carcass cord fabric (3); the steel wire cord in the seam allowance reinforced layer (2) and the circumference form an angle of alpha degree which is greater than or equal to 10 and less than or equal to 50; the fiber cord fabric composite element (4) is arranged at the outside of the inner end point (6) of the seam allowance reinforced layer (2), and comprises 2-6 layers of fiber fabric; the angles formed between the cords of two adjacent fiber layer in the fiber cord fabric composite element are opposite to each other; the cords and the circumferential direction form angles of beta or negative beta degree and beta is greater than or equal to 30 and less than or equal to 55. According to the reinforced tire bead, the stress of the end points of tire bead materials can be reduced to reach a reasonable stress gradient transit; the ply separation of the tire bead is effectively reduced and the usage of the tire is safe.
