The invention discloses a coupler assembly, a central integrated electric drive axle and an electric vehicle. The coupler assembly comprises an input end used for being connected with a motor input shaft of a motor, an output end used for being connected with a gearbox and a damping piece. The damping piece is connected with the input end and the output end. When the torque of the input shaft of the motor is smaller than a set threshold value, the input end and the output end transmit the torque through the damping piece. When the torque of the input shaft of the motor is not smaller than a set threshold value, one of the output end and the input end penetrates through the damping piece and is in rigid connection with the other one to transmit the torque. Therefore, in the torque transmission process, the damping piece is used for buffering, and when the torque of the motor intervenes in the forward direction and the reverse direction, the damping piece needs to be twisted firstly and then enters the hard contact stage, power buffering in the power transmission process of a transmission system can be achieved, and impact on the power system caused by too fast response of the torque of the motor is effectively relieved; the problem of transmission system knocking caused by rotation speed and torque fluctuation is solved.
