The invention provides a prefabricated T-beam formwork hoisting device and method.The prefabricated T-beam formwork hoisting device comprises a main beam and supporting legs connected to the four corners of the main beam through bolts and further comprises rails symmetrically installed on the inner side wall of the main beam, and a crown block is slidably connected between the two rails; the hoisting assembly is mounted in the center of the bottom of the crown block; the lifting rope is lifted below the hoisting assembly; the hoisting and clamping mechanism is connected to the bottom end of the hoisting rope, and the hoisting and clamping mechanism further comprises an adjusting assembly; the friction increasing assemblies are symmetrically arranged at the two ends of the hoisting and clamping mechanism; and the T-shaped beam is clamped between the hoisting clamping mechanism and the friction increasing assembly. In the lifting process, the friction force between the lifting appliance and the T beam is increased through the first mounting plate, the second mounting plate and the friction increasing block which abut against the T beam, the inclination risk in the lifting process of the T beam is reduced, the lifting safety and stability are guaranteed, multiple points of the T beam can be supported, the load of the lifting appliance is dispersed, and the lifting process is more stable.
本发明提供了一种预制T梁模板吊装装置及方法,包括主梁以及螺栓连接在主梁四角处的支腿,还包括,轨道,对称安装在主梁内侧壁,两组轨道之间滑动连接有天车;起重组件,安装在天车的底部中心处;吊绳,吊装在起重组件的下方;吊装装夹机构,连接在吊绳的底端,吊装装夹机构还包括调节组件;增摩组件,对称设置在吊装装夹机构的两端;T型梁,装夹在吊装装夹机构和增摩组件之间。本发明在吊装过程中通过与T梁抵触的第一安装板、第二安装板与增摩块提高吊具与T梁之间的摩擦力,降低了T梁吊装过程中的倾斜风险,保证了吊装的安全性与稳定性,能够对T梁的多个点进行承托,吊具的负荷较分散,吊装过程中更加稳定。
