The invention belongs to the field of splicing construction, and provides a formwork hoisting device. The formwork hoisting device comprises a supporting structure system, a counterweight system, a hoisting system and a displacement system. The supporting structure system comprises a main hoisting rod, triangular supporting rods distributed at all positions of the main hoisting rod and horizontalrods located at the lower ends of the triangular supporting rods. The counterweight system comprises counterweight blocks arranged on the horizontal rods. The hoisting system comprises motors locatedat the tail ends of the horizontal rods, a controller connected with the motors, fixed pulleys located at the two ends of the main hoisting rod, a steel wire rope and a lifting hook arranged at the tail end of the steel wire rope. The displacement system comprises directional wheels arranged at the front ends of the horizontal rods and steering wheels arranged at the tail ends of the horizontal rods. The formwork hoisting device is easy to manufacture, small and exquisite in structure and flexible in operation; and meanwhile, the height of the triangular supporting rods can be adjusted according to the height of an anti-collision guardrail, the formwork hoisting device can adapt to anti-collision guardrails of different heights, and the construction cost can be reduced.

    本发明属于拼装施工领域,提供了一种模板吊装装置,包括支撑结构系统、配重系统、吊装系统及位移系统;支撑结构系统包括主吊杆、分布于主吊杆各处的三角支撑杆以及位于三角支撑杆下端的水平杆;配重系统包括设置于水平杆上的配重块;吊装系统包括位于水平杆末端的电机、连接电机的控制器、位于主吊杆两端的定滑轮、钢丝绳以及设置于钢丝绳末端的吊钩;位移系统包括设置于水平杆前端的定向轮以及设置于水平杆末端的转向轮。该模板吊装装置制作简单、结构小巧、操作灵活,同时,三角支撑杆的高度可根据防撞护栏的高度进行调节,可适应不同高度的防撞护栏,且有利于降低施工成本。
