The invention relates to the technical field of hoisting systems, in particular to a centralized control method and device for a ground double-rocker-arm derrick. The ground double-rocker-arm derrick is provided with subsystems, and the subsystems comprise a first amplitude variation subsystem and a second amplitude variation subsystem which are used for achieving amplitude variation of different rocker arms of the ground double-rocker-arm derrick, and a first lifting subsystem and a second lifting subsystem which are used for achieving lifting of the different rocker arms of the ground double-rocker-arm derrick. The method comprises the following steps: realizing local control of a subsystem based on a sub-control box; remote control of the subsystems is realized based on a centralized control box; and remote control of the subsystem is realized based on a remote controller. According to the invention, the centralized control box is utilized to control a plurality of sub-control boxes at the same time, the local control modules at the sub-control boxes read the current communication addresses at the address selection modules, then communication with the corresponding preset communication ports of the centralized control box is established, finally, the effect that the sub-control boxes are universal is achieved, and the applicability of the sub-control boxes is improved.
