The invention discloses a double-rocker-arm derrick operation control method which comprises the following steps that rocker arms on the two sides of a derrick are connected with two variable-amplitude winching machine sets, lifting hooks on the two sides of the derrick are connected with two lifting winching machine sets, and the two variable-amplitude winching machine sets and the two lifting winching machine sets are connected with the same hydraulic pump station; the hydraulic pump station sends a synchronous lifting instruction to the two lifting winching units, and the two lifting winching units synchronously drive lifting hooks on the two sides to lift tower materials and synchronously adjust the vertical positions of the tower materials on the two sides; the hydraulic pump station sends out a synchronous variable-amplitude instruction to the two variable-amplitude winching units, the two variable-amplitude winching units synchronously drive the rocker arms on the two sides to conduct variable amplitude, and the transverse positions of the tower materials on the two sides are synchronously adjusted. According to the method disclosed by the invention, the hydraulic pump station simultaneously sends out the instructions to control the winching machines, so that not only is the manpower saved, but also the accurate control of synchronous lifting and synchronous amplitude variation is realized.

    本发明公开了一种双摇臂抱杆作业的控制方法,该方法包括以下步骤:将抱杆两侧摇臂与两组变幅绞磨机组连接,将抱杆两侧吊钩与两组起升绞磨机组连接,并且将两组变幅绞磨机组和两组起升绞磨机组分别与同一个液压泵站连接;液压泵站发出同步起升指令到两组起升绞磨机组,两组起升绞磨机组同步带动两侧吊钩起吊塔材,同步调整两侧塔材的竖向位置;液压泵站发出同步变幅指令到两组变幅绞磨机组,两组变幅绞磨机组同步带动两侧摇臂进行变幅,同步调整两侧塔材的横向位置。根据本发明的方法,通过液压泵站同时发出指令实现对多台绞磨机的控制,不仅节省了人力而且实现了对同步起升和同步变幅的精准控制。
