The invention discloses an operation method for working of a tower crane. The operation method comprises the following steps: step 1, deploying a plurality of positioning devices in a working range of the tower crane; 2, an operator carries a positioning intelligent terminal and works within the working range of the tower crane; 3, an operator at the loading point presses a calling key on the positioning intelligent terminal, and operation information is transmitted to an electrical control system of the tower crane through a network; 4, the electrical control system of the tower crane controls a slewing mechanism, a trolley running mechanism and a hoisting mechanism of the tower crane to act in a combined mode, and a lifting hook is moved to an operator; and fifthly, after the lifting hook descends to the proper height, the goods are carried on the lifting hook. The positioning system, the positioning device and the positioning intelligent terminal are arranged, a worker can stand on the ground to operate the tower crane to work, cargo transfer is achieved, the current situation that when the worker operates in a cab on the top of the tower crane, a hoisting point and an unloading point are inconvenient to find accurately is changed, and the working risk is reduced.

    本发明公开了一种塔机工作的操作方法,包括如下步骤:步骤一:在塔机工作范围内部署多个定位装置;步骤二:操作人员携带定位智能终端,在塔机的工作范围内作业;步骤三:装货点操作人员按压定位智能终端上的呼叫按键,操作信息通过网络传输至塔机的电气控制系统;步骤四:塔机的电气控制系统控制塔机的回转机构、小车运行机构以及起升机构可组合动作,将吊钩移动至操作人员处;步骤五:吊钩下降至合适高度后,将货物搭载在吊钩处。本发明设置定位系统、定位装置和定位智能终端,可由工作人员站立在地面上操作塔机工作,实现货物的转运,改变了工作人员在塔机顶部的司机室内操作时,不便于找准吊装点和卸料点的现状,降低了工作风险。
