The system comprises an incremental encoder, a frequency converter, a limiter and a controller, wherein the frequency converter is configured to obtain an AB-phase pulse signal and a Z-phase pulse signal; calibrating the number of the AB-phase pulse signals according to the AB-phase pulse signals and the Z-phase pulse signals to obtain the calibrated AB-phase pulse number; the calibrated AB phase pulse number is sent to a controller; the controller is configured to receive the calibrated AB phase pulse number; the current operation position of the working mechanism is determined according to the calibrated AB-phase pulse number; under the condition that the limiting signal is received, the current operation position is compared with the calibrated operation position of the working mechanism corresponding to the preset limiting position; and under the condition that the difference value between the current operation position and the calibrated operation position is not within the preset difference value range, it is determined that the operation position of the working mechanism is abnormal.
