The invention discloses an electric vehicle battery swap station and a battery swap control method. The battery swap station comprises a battery swap platform provided with a plurality of battery swap parking spaces and operation windows; the underground bin is positioned below the battery replacing platform, and a battery pack transfer position and a storage rack for storing a battery pack are arranged in the underground bin; and the transfer devices are movably arranged in the underground bin and are used for disassembling and assembling the battery packs and transferring the battery packs between the battery pack transfer positions and the storage racks. The control method comprises the steps of obtaining a to-be-replaced battery pack model; the transfer device is controlled to move so as to transfer the power-deficient battery pack to a storage rack matched with the power-deficient battery pack; and the transfer device is controlled to move so as to transfer the available fully-charged battery pack to the battery pack transfer position for battery replacement of the electric vehicle. In the same time range, the two transfer devices can operate at the same time to serve the same electric vehicle, and the battery replacement efficiency is improved.
本申请公开了一种电动汽车换电站及换电控制方法。换电站包括:设有若干个换电停车位及作业窗口的换电平台;位于换电平台下方的地下仓,其内设有电池包转移位及存放电池包的存储架;可移动地设于地下仓内的若干个转移装置,其用于拆装电池包并将电池包在电池包转移位和存储架之间移送。控制方法包括:获取待更换的电池包型号;控制转移装置移动以将亏电电池包移送至与之适配的存储架;控制转移装置移动以将可用的满电电池包移送至电池包转移位,以供电动汽车换电。本申请在同一时间范围内,两个转移装置可同时运行以服务于同一电动汽车,提升了换电效率。
