The invention discloses an electric vehicle battery swap station and a battery swap control method. The battery replacing station comprises a battery replacing platform which is provided with a battery replacing parking space and can ascend and descend in the vertical direction; the charging rack is arranged adjacent to the battery replacing platform, the charging rack comprises a stand column and a plurality of charging layers which are sequentially arranged up and down in the axis direction of the stand column, and each charging layer is provided with a plurality of charging positions in the circumferential direction of the charging layer; the stand column can rotate or all the charging positions can rotate around the stand column so that the charging positions can be opposite to the battery replacement parking spaces in position. The control method comprises the steps of obtaining a to-be-replaced battery pack model; and controlling the battery replacing platform to lift to a preset height and/or controlling the charging position to rotate to a preset position. According to the integrated design of the charging rack and the lifting type design of the battery replacing platform, the situation that a shuttle vehicle, a stacker crane, an AGV trolley and the like need to be used for transferring the battery pack is omitted, and therefore the difficulty of alignment control needed by different mobile devices in the battery replacing station is lowered.

    本申请公开了一种电动汽车换电站及换电控制方法。换电站包括:换电平台,换电平台设有换电停车位,且换电平台可沿竖直方向升降;充电架,充电架与换电平台相邻布置,充电架包括立柱以及沿立柱的轴线方向上下依次布置的若干个充电层,各充电层沿其周向设置有若干个充电位;立柱可旋转或者各充电位可绕立柱旋转,以使充电位与换电停车位位置相对。控制方法包括:获取待更换的电池包型号;控制换电平台升降到预设高度和/或充电位旋转到预设位置。本申请中充电架的集成性设计和换电平台的升降式设计,省却了需要借助穿梭车、码垛机、AGV小车等对电池包的转运,从而降低了需要在换电站内对此类不同移动设备所需要进行的对位控制难度。
