The invention relates to a light-weight heavy truck power suspension which comprises a core body and a shell arranged outside the core body, a rubber vulcanized body is vulcanized between the core body and the shell, and the shell is a through mounting inner cavity in the Y direction. The mounting inner cavity is defined by a top end shell body, a bottom end shell body and a side wall shell body connected with the top end shell body and the bottom end shell body; the top end shell body is provided with a discontinuous shell top plate, so that the shell is of an open structure in the Y direction and the Z direction; and the vulcanized rubber body is arranged in a manner of protruding from the shell to one side of the core body, so that the requirements of improvement of transverse rigidity and light weight of a product are met. The problems that in an existing scheme, in order to increase transverse rigidity synchronously, rigidity in other directions is increased, and comfort of a whole vehicle is seriously affected are solved, and the power suspension enables the whole product to meet the requirement for light weight on the premise that rigidity characteristics in other directions are not affected and rigidity is guaranteed.
本发明涉及一种轻量化重卡动力悬置,包括芯体和设置在芯体外部的壳体,所述芯体与壳体间硫化有橡胶硫化体,所述壳体沿Y向为贯通的安装内腔,所述安装内腔由顶端壳本体和底端壳本体及连接顶端壳本体和底端壳本体的侧壁壳本体围合而成;所述的顶端壳本体设有非连续壳顶板,使所述壳体Y向和Z向均为敞开式结构;所述橡胶硫化体由壳体向芯体一侧凸起设置,以实现横向刚度的提升和产品轻量化的要求。解决了在现有方案下为增加横向刚度同步导致其他方向刚度增大,严重影响整车的舒适性的问题,本发明的动力悬置在不影响其他方向的刚度特性,又在保证刚度的前提下,使整个产品满足轻量化的要求。
