The vulcanized rubber body comprises a core body, a rubber main body and a press-fitting plate arranged in the rubber main body; the core body, the rubber main body and the press-fitting plate are vulcanized into a whole, and the automobile seat cushion is characterized in that the rubber main body is enveloped on the side face of the core body, the outer wall face, combined with the rubber main body, of the core body is of an inwards-concave structure, and the side, combined with the rubber main body, of the base is of an arch-shaped structure protruding towards the core body; the arch-shaped structure and the inwards-concave structure jointly provide a containing space for the rubber body, the press-fitting plate is embedded in the rubber body, the rubber body can be restrained from moving in the transverse direction, and therefore the transverse rigidity of a product can be improved. The problem that the comfort of a whole vehicle is seriously affected due to the fact that the rigidity in other directions is increased when the transverse rigidity is increased synchronously in an existing scheme is solved. According to the heavy truck power suspension cushion assembly, on one hand, different transverse rigidities can be designed for matching according to the requirements of a power assembly; on the other hand, the influence on rigidity in other directions is small, so that the vibration isolation effect on a power assembly system can be improved; and meanwhile, the base is designed to be hollow and light, so that the total weight of the product is obviously reduced.

    本发明涉及一种重卡动力总成悬置系统领域,具体为重卡动力悬置软垫总成,包括橡胶硫化体和安装在所述橡胶硫化体外的底座;所述橡胶硫化体包括芯体、橡胶主体,和设置在橡胶主体内部的压装板;所述芯体和橡胶主体和压装板硫化成为一体,其特征在于,所述橡胶主体包络在芯体的侧面,所述芯体与橡胶主体结合的外壁面为内凹结构,底座与橡胶主体的结合侧为向芯体凸起的拱形结构;所述拱形结构与内凹结构共同为橡胶主体提供容纳空间,所述压装板嵌置于橡胶主体内,可抑制橡胶主体沿着横向运动,从而可提升产品的横向刚度。解决了在现有方案下为增加横向刚度同步导致其他方向刚度增大,严重影响整车的舒适性的问题。本发明重卡动力悬置软垫总成一方面可以根据动力总成的需求设计不同的横向刚度进行匹配。另一方面由于对其他方向刚度影响较小,故可提升对动力总成系统的隔振效果;同时对底座进行镂空的轻量化设计,也明显降低了产品的总重量。
