The invention relates to the technical field of vehicle scheduling, in particular to a guiding method and system for a manually-driven container truck in an unmanned mixed-traffic port. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring a target task of the unmanned container truck and track data of the unmanned container truck, and converting the track data of the unmanned container truck into a space-time network; taking minimization of the transportation time of the manned container truck as an optimization objective, setting constraint conditions, establishing a space-time network model, and solving the space-time network model to obtain a shortest path of the manned container truck; and issuing the shortest path of manually driving the container truck to the guide screen of the corresponding node and the mobile phone map APP of the container truck driver. Compared with the prior art, the method can avoid the problem of unmanned driving failure caused by lane rush-in of manned driving, and can effectively improve the operation efficiency in the mixed harbor.
