The invention discloses a waste heat boiler replacement construction method. The method comprises the steps that subsidiary facilities are dismantled; a waste heat boiler supporting tool is machined; the waste heat boiler supporting tool is placed below the waste heat boiler and located between the two waste heat boiler bases, and the waste heat boiler supporting tool is jacked up through the jack. A load-bearing straight-moving flat car is placed below the vertical supporting legs of the waste heat boiler supporting tool, the advancing direction of the load-bearing straight-moving flat car is perpendicular to the length direction of the waste heat boiler, and a jack is lowered to enable the vertical supporting legs to fall on the load-bearing straight-moving flat car; the waste heat boiler is transversely moved out through cooperation of the chain block and the load-bearing straight-moving flat car; the jack is jacked up, and the arrangement direction of the bearing straight-moving flat car is adjusted; pulling the waste heat boiler to a hoisting position by utilizing a chain block in cooperation with a load-bearing straight-moving flat car; and the waste heat boiler is hoisted away. The waste heat boiler can be efficiently replaced by matching simple tools with reasonable steps, the cost is low, the efficiency is high, the safety risk is small, and the application prospect is good.

    本发明公开了一种废热锅炉更换施工方法,步骤:拆除附属设施;加工废热锅炉支撑工装;将废热锅炉支撑工装放置在废热锅炉的下方且废热锅炉支撑工装位于两废热锅炉底座之间,利用千斤顶顶起废热锅炉支撑工装,在废热锅炉支撑工装的竖直支腿的下方放置承重直行平板车且承重直行平板车的行进方向与废热锅炉的长度方向垂直,下放千斤顶使得竖直支腿落在承重直行平板车上;通过手拉葫芦配合承重直行平板车将废热锅炉横移出来;顶起千斤顶,调整承重直行平板车的布置方向;利用手拉葫芦配合承重直行平板车将废热锅炉牵移至吊装位;吊走废热锅炉。本发明利用简单工具配合合理步序即可高效完成废热锅炉更换工作,成本低、效率高且安全风险小,应用前景好。
