The invention relates to the technical field of large component lifting, in particular to a CCPP waste heat boiler heating surface module lifting tool which is characterized by comprising a main beam, a porous lifting plate, an auxiliary beam, a first steel wire rope buckle, a second steel wire rope buckle and a plurality of shackles, the porous lifting plate is connected with the bottom of the main beam and connected with the auxiliary beam through the first steel wire rope buckle, and the second steel wire rope buckle is connected with the auxiliary beam through the second steel wire rope buckle. The auxiliary beams are spatially perpendicular to the main beam and are connected with lifting points on the to-be-lifted module through second steel wire rope buckles; and the connecting position of the first steel wire rope buckle on the porous lifting plate is adjusted according to the length size of the to-be-lifted module, and the position of the auxiliary beam lifting lug on the auxiliary beam is adjusted according to the width size of the to-be-lifted module. The invention has the advantages that: a split structure of the main beam and the auxiliary beam is adopted, so that the distribution of lifting points can be accurately adjusted according to the length of the module, and the gravity center of a hook head of the crane coincides with the gravity center of the to-be-lifted module, so that the bending deformation and accidental damage of the to-be-lifted module in the lifting process are reduced to the maximum extent.

    本发明涉及大型构件吊运技术领域,尤其涉及一种CCPP余热锅炉受热面模块吊运工装,其特征在于,包括主梁、多孔吊板、副梁、第一钢丝绳扣、第二钢丝绳扣以及若干卸扣,多孔吊板与主梁的底部相连接,多孔吊板通过第一钢丝绳扣与副梁相连接,副梁为多根与主梁呈空间垂直设置,副梁通过第二钢丝绳扣与待吊运模块上的吊点相连接;根据待吊运模块的长度尺寸调整多孔吊板上第一钢丝绳扣的连接位置,根据待吊运模块的宽度尺寸调整副梁上副梁吊耳的位置。本发明的优点是:采用主梁和副梁分体结构,可以根据模块长度尺寸,对吊点分布做精确调节,保证吊车钩头与待吊运模块的重心重合,从而最大限度地减少待吊运模块在吊运过程中的弯曲变形和意外损坏。
