The invention discloses a slewing mechanism control method and device and an operation machine. The slewing mechanism control device comprises a slewing pump, a pilot operation part, a slewing motor, a brake cylinder, a switching valve and a controller. The controller is used for obtaining the state of the pilot operation part, the system pressure of the slewing mechanism control device and the allowable opening pressure of the slewing mechanism, comparing the system pressure with the allowable opening pressure and controlling the switching valve according to the comparison result of the system pressure and the allowable opening pressure and the state of the pilot operation part. Therefore, brake oil is allowed to be supplied to the brake cylinder or the brake cylinder is controlled to discharge oil. According to the slewing mechanism control method and device and the operation machine, braking of the brake cylinder needs to be relieved when the system pressure and the output pressure of the pilot operation piece both meet certain requirements, normal and stable work of the slewing mechanism is guaranteed, and the phenomenon that the slewing direction is inconsistent with the operation direction is avoided.

    本发明公开一种回转机构控制方法、装置及作业机械,该回转机构控制方法包括回转泵、先导操作件、回转马达、制动缸、切换阀和控制器;控制器用于获取先导操作件的状态、回转机构控制装置的系统压力和回转机构的允许开启压力,并比较系统压力和允许开启压力,控制器还用于根据系统压力和允许开启压力的比较结果,以及先导操作件的状态控制切换阀,从而控制允许向制动缸提供制动油或者控制制动缸卸油。本发明实施例的回转机构控制方法、装置及作业机械中,需要在系统压和先导操作件的输出压力均达到一定要求时方能解除制动缸的制动,保证回转机构正常平稳工作,避免出现回转方向与操作方向不一致的现象。
