The invention discloses a tower crane luffing mechanism real-time anti-swing control method. The method comprises the steps that a gyroscope is installed on a lifting hook to collect swing signals ofthe lifting hook; the swing signals are transmitted to a MCU, and the swing signals are decomposed into a swing speed and a swing acceleration through the MCU; and the swing speed and the swing acceleration are transmitted to a tower crane frequency conversion control system, the frequency conversion control system decomposes the swing speed and the swing acceleration into rotary motion data and luffing motion data relative to the tower arm, and controls a rotary module and a luffing module to perform reverse offset, so that the lifting hook is stabilized. The anti-swing device constructed according to the method comprises the tower crane frequency conversion control system and the lifting hook, and the gyroscope is mounted on the lifting hook; the gyroscope is connected with the MCU and apower supply, and the MCU is connected with a wireless communication module in wireless connection with the tower crane frequency conversion control system. According to the anti-swing control method, the hoisting in-place precision and the hoisting in-place efficiency can be improved, and energy can be saved.

    本发明公开了一种塔机变幅机构实时防摇控制方法,该方法是在吊钩上安装陀螺仪来采集吊钩的摆动信号;将摆动信号传送给MCU,通过MCU将摆动信号分解为摆动速度和摆动加速度;将摆动速度和摆动加速度传送给塔机变频控制系统,变频控制系统将摆动速度和摆动加速度分解为相对于塔臂的回转运动数据和变幅运动数据,控制回转模块和变幅模块进行反向抵消,从而稳定吊钩。依据上述方法构建的防摇装置,包括塔机变频控制系统和吊钩,吊钩上安装有陀螺仪;陀螺仪上连接有MCU和电源,MCU上连接有与塔机变频控制系统无线连接有无线通信模块。本发明不仅能够提高吊装就位精度和吊装就位效率,还能够节约能源。
