The pressure-resistant cabin comprises a battery cabin, a control cabin and a buoyancy adjusting device pressure-resistant cabin which are mounted in the permeable frame, the battery cabin is positioned in the middle of the unmanned underwater vehicle, and the buoyancy adjusting pressure-resistant cabin is positioned at the lower part; the oil bag type buoyancy adjusting device adopts a lead screw nut to drive a piston to push oil and is mounted in the buoyancy adjusting pressure-resistant cabin; the load rejection system is driven by a motor and installed between the two buoyancy adjusting device frames. The permeable frame adopts a block design and assembly method, each part of component is mounted in an independent small frame, the small frame is formed by welding section bars, and each part of frame is finally connected and assembled into an integral frame structure through bolts; the non-pressure-resistant shell is in the shape of a vertical flat body, is installed outside the water-permeable frame and is the outermost structure of the unmanned underwater vehicle. The unmanned aerial vehicle can adapt to an underwater 6000m pressure environment, can realize unpowered floating and diving, and reduces energy loss.
本发明公开了一种大潜深无人潜航器,包括采用圆柱+半球封头结构的耐压舱;耐压舱包括安装在透水式框架内部的电池舱、控制舱以及浮力调节装置耐压舱,电池舱位于无人潜航器中部,浮力调节耐压舱位于下部;油囊式浮力调节装置采用丝杠螺母驱动活塞推动油液,安装在浮力调节耐压舱内部;抛载系统采用电机驱动,安装在两个浮力调节装置框架之间;透水式框架采用分块设计组装的方法,各部分部件安装在独立的小框架内,小框架由型材焊接而成,各部分框架最终通过螺栓连接组装成整体的框架结构;非耐压外壳为立扁体形状,安装在透水式框架外部,是无人潜航器的最外部结构。本发明能够适应水下6000m压力环境,且能实现无动力上浮和下潜,减少能源损耗。
