The invention relates to a vehicle energy recovery method and device and a vehicle controller, and the method comprises the steps: determining the target driving style of a target object for driving a vehicle and the maximum allowable feedback power of the vehicle, and carrying out the fuzzy control based on a fuzzy control method; and determining the target energy recovery intensity matched with the target driving style of the target object and the maximum allowable feedback power of the vehicle, thereby controlling the vehicle to perform energy recovery according to the target energy recovery intensity under the condition that the vehicle enters a sliding state. The target energy recovery intensity is matched based on the target driving style of the target object driving the vehicle and the current maximum allowable feedback power of the vehicle, so that the real energy recovery demand of the user can be reflected, the exclusive energy recovery intensity of the user is realized, and the optimal driving experience and energy recovery effect are achieved.
