The invention relates to the technical field of aluminum oxide composite materials, in particular to an aluminum oxide composite material for injection molding and a preparation method and application thereof. The composite material comprises powder and a binder, wherein the mass ratio of the binder to the powder is (15-19): (81-85); the powder is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 96.0 to 99.9 parts of aluminum oxide, 0.5 to 2.0 parts of sodium oxide, 0.2 to 1.0 part of ferric oxide and 0.3 to 1.0 part of calcium oxide/magnesium oxide; the specific surface area of the powder is 6-8m < 2 >/g; the apparent density is 0.8-1.1 g/cm < 3 >; the viscosity value is 150 Pa.s to 350 Pa.s, and the flow value is 100 g/10 min to 250 g/10 min. The aluminum oxide composite material for injection molding provided by the invention can be directly used for injection molding of a product for thermal degreasing, the size and the structure of the product are not limited, and part of the size does not need to be processed.

    本发明涉及氧化铝复合材料技术领域,具体涉及一种注射成型用氧化铝复合材料及其制备方法和应用。复合材料包括粉体和粘结剂,粘结剂与粉体的质量比为(15‑19):(81‑85);粉体包括重量份如下的组分:氧化铝96.0‑99.9份、氧化纳0.5‑2.0份、氧化铁0.2‑1.0份和氧化钙/氧化镁0.3‑1.0份;粉体的比表面积为6‑8m2/g;松装密度为0.8‑1.1g/cm3;粘度值为150Pa·s‑350Pa·s,流动值为100g/10min‑250g/10min。本发明提供的注射成型用氧化铝复合材料可以直接注塑成型产品进行热脱酯、产品大小及结构可以不受到限制,且部分尺寸可不用加工。
