The invention relates to an ultralight integrated star sensor mounting bracket, which consists of two parts, namely a bracket body and a star sensor cold plate, the support body is in a topological optimization structural form, is made of a titanium alloy material with a small thermal expansion coefficient, and is composed of five characteristic bodies, the first characteristic body is a connecting surface of the mounting support and a satellite structure, and the second characteristic body is a connecting surface of the satellite structure. The second characteristic body, the third characteristic body and the fourth characteristic body respectively provide mounting spaces for the three star sensors to penetrate into the mounting bracket and mounting surfaces for the star sensor cold plate; and the fifth feature body is a connecting structure of the second feature body, the third feature body, the fourth feature body and the first feature body. The three star-sensitive cold plates are respectively connected with the second characteristic body, the third characteristic body and the fourth characteristic body of the bracket body, and the star-sensitive cold plates provide mounting interfaces for a star sensor mounting flange and also provide channels connected with a high-precision temperature control heat pipe. The integrated star sensor bracket is used for combined installation of three star sensors, and has the advantages of large size, light weight, high rigidity and good thermal stability.

    一种超轻一体化星敏感器安装支架,由支架本体和星敏冷板两部分组成。支架本体为拓扑优化结构形式,采用热膨胀系数小的钛合金材料,设计由5个特征体组成,第一特征体为安装支架与卫星结构连接面,第二特征体、第三特征体、第四特征体分别提供了3个星敏感器深入安装支架内部的安装空间及与星敏冷板的安装面;第五特征体为第二特征体、第三特征体、第四特征体与第一特征体的连接结构。3个星敏冷板分别与支架本体第二特征体、第三特征体、第四特征体连接,星敏冷板提供了与星敏感器安装法兰的安装接口,同时还提供了与高精度控温热管连接的槽道。一体化星敏感器支架用于3个星敏感器组合安装,具有尺寸大、重量轻、刚度高、热稳定性好的优点。
