The invention provides a mounting bracket suitable for a spacecraft integrated high-stability multi-head star sensor and belongs to the technical field of spacecraft structures. The mounting bracket comprises an aluminum-based silicon carbide shell and a heat insulation pad, wherein an open surface is arranged on the aluminum-based silicon carbide shell; a connecting flange extends out of the opensurface along a circumferential direction; the mounting bracket is mounted on a payload through the heat insulation pad and the connecting flange; a porous titanium alloy heat insulation measure is adopted; and a heat conduction influence of a star sensor mounting bracket mounting environment on a mounting bracket main body structure is blocked. The aluminum-based silicon carbide shell is an integrated multi-surface shell structure and is made of a high-volume-fraction aluminum-based silicon carbide material. High thermal conductivity and low expansion performance are possessed so as to improve thermal stability of the mounting bracket. A technical problem of thermal instability of the star sensor mounting bracket is solved, and the design problem of a multi-head and multi-angle common reference of the star sensor is also solved, a structure is simple and practicability is high.
