The invention relates to the technical field of vehicles, in particular to a predictive self-adaptive cruise control system considering a vehicle cloud double-closed-loop control architecture, and the system comprises the steps that a cloud control platform receives the driving state information, position information and multiple pieces of original road point information of a vehicle sent by a vehicle end platform, and calculates an economic vehicle speed sequence of the vehicle; the vehicle end platform receives the economic vehicle speed sequence and constructs a vehicle following speed model of the vehicle in combination with the vehicle speed sequence of the front vehicle in the target time period so as to calculate the target vehicle speed of the vehicle and enable the target vehicle speed to meet the expected requirement; and the vehicle cloud double-closed-loop control architecture controls the vehicle to run along with the vehicle by using the target vehicle speed, updates the driving state information of the vehicle, and generates a new vehicle following vehicle speed, so that the vehicle is subjected to predictive self-adaptive cruise driving based on the vehicle cloud double-closed-loop control architecture. Therefore, the problems of complex solution, low calculation efficiency, incapability of updating and iterating the vehicle following speed in time, reduction of the driving performance of the vehicle and the like due to adoption of a nonlinear solution model algorithm in related technologies are solved.
