The invention discloses a safety control method and system for wheeled engineering machinery. The method comprises the steps that it is determined that the wheeled engineering machinery is in a working mode or a walking mode; when the wheel type engineering machine is in the working mode, tire state parameters are obtained, and the tire state parameters comprise the tire pressure, the tire temperature and the pressure change value of each tire in unit time; inputting the tire state parameters into a tire abnormity identification model to obtain a tire abnormity identification result; wherein the tire abnormity identification model stores the tire temperature under various working conditions, the pressure change value of each tire in unit time and the corresponding relation among the tire pressure; and controlling the action of an execution mechanism according to the tire abnormity identification result. If the tire is abnormal and is medium-grade abnormal, the action speed of the execution mechanism is reduced; and if the tire is abnormal and the severity level is abnormal, the execution mechanism is controlled to stop acting, and the dozer blade and/or the supporting leg are/is controlled to be supported to the ground.

    本申请公开了一种轮式工程机械安全控制方法及系统,方法包括:确定轮式工程机械处于工作模式或行走模式;当轮式工程机械处于工作模式,获取轮胎状态参数,其中所述轮胎状态参数包括轮胎压力和轮胎温度、单位时间内每个轮胎的压力变化值;将所述轮胎状态参数输入轮胎异常识别模型,得到轮胎异常识别结果;其中所述轮胎异常识别模型中存储有各种工况下轮胎温度、单位时间内每个轮胎的压力变化值和每个轮胎压力之间的对应关系;根据所述轮胎异常识别结果,控制执行机构的动作。若轮胎异常且为中等等级异常,降低执行机构动作速度;若轮胎异常且为严重等级异常,控制停止执行机构动作,控制推土铲和/或支腿支撑至地面。
