The embodiment of the invention discloses a satellite-borne mixed-phase fluid loop cooling system, which relates to the technical field of heat dissipation of aerospace products, is applied to in-orbit weightless environmental conditions, and comprises a circulating heat dissipation pipe, a circulating pump, a one-way valve and a pressure sensor, the mixed-phase fluid comprises a liquid-phase medium and solid-phase particles, and the particle size of the solid-phase particles is not smaller than 10 micrometers. The circulating pump is used for circularly pumping the mixed-phase fluid in the circulating heat dissipation pipe to achieve heat dissipation and cooling, due to the fact that the device is used under the in-orbit weightless environment condition, solid-phase particles cannot be precipitated due to gravity, the particle size of the solid particles can be increased to be not smaller than 10 micrometers, and the particle size of the solid particles can be increased to be smaller than 10 micrometers. The increase of the particle size can reduce micromachining damage of solid particulate matter to the pump body and the inner wall of the pipeline, then the service life of the whole loop is prolonged, and after the particle size is increased, blockage of small-particle-size matter due to the agglomeration effect can be avoided, and the on-orbit application effect of the cooling system is improved.

    本申请实施例公开了一种星载混合相流体回路冷却系统,涉及宇航产品散热技术领域,应用于在轨失重环境条件,包括循环散热管、循环泵、单向阀以及压力传感器,循环泵用于将混合相流体在循环散热管内循环泵送,混合相流体包括液相介质和固相颗粒,固相颗粒的粒径不小于10微米。本申请利用循环泵将混合相流体在循环散热管内循环泵送实现散热冷却,由于是在在轨失重环境条件下使用,固相颗粒不会因为重力沉淀,可将固体颗粒的粒径提高,使其粒径不小于10微米,粒径的提高可减少固体颗粒物质对泵体、管道内壁的微加工损伤,进而提升整个回路的使用寿命,并且粒径提高之后,还能避免小粒径物质因团聚效应堵塞,提升了冷却系统的在轨应用效果。
