The invention discloses an escalator hoisting device which is fixed on an escalator truss and comprises fixed clamping seats, main supporting rods, auxiliary supporting rods, fixed cross beams, fixed insertion pipes, hoisting cross beams and movable hoisting rings, the fixed clamping seats are arranged on the two sides of the truss, and the at least two main supporting rods are connected with the fixed clamping seats on the two sides of the truss respectively; the at least two auxiliary supporting rods are connected with the fixing clamping bases on the two sides of the truss respectively, each auxiliary supporting rod is hinged to the fixing cross beam through a hinge piece, and each main supporting rod penetrates through the hinge piece and is limited by the hinge piece. The fixed insertion pipes are installed in the supporting main rod in an inserted mode and connected with the hoisting cross beam, the force measuring devices are arranged on the fixed insertion pipes in a sleeving mode and clamped between the top of the supporting main rod and the fixed insertion pipes, the hoisting cross beam is of a double-rod structure with a first cross beam and a second cross beam, and the first cross beam serves as a track of the movable hoisting ring. In the hoisting process, materials can slide to one side to be transported out through the movable hoisting ring, and the second cross beam sequentially penetrates through the fixed insertion pipes and is connected with the first cross beam.

    本发明公开了一种自动扶梯吊装装置,固定于自动扶梯桁架上,包括固定卡座、支撑主杆、支撑副杆、固定横梁、固定插管、吊装横梁和活动吊环,固定卡座布设于桁架两侧,至少二支撑主杆分别与桁架两侧的一固定卡座连接,至少二支撑副杆分别与桁架两侧的一固定卡座连接,每一支撑副杆通过一铰接件与固定横梁铰接,每一支撑主杆分别穿过铰接件并由铰接件限位;固定插管分别插接安装于支撑主杆内并与吊装横梁连接,测力装置套设于固定插管上并卡设于支撑主杆顶部与固定插管之间,吊装横梁采用具有第一横梁和第二横梁的双杆结构,第一横梁作为活动吊环的轨道,吊装过程中可通过活动吊环将物料滑动至一侧运出,第二横梁依次穿过固定插管并与第一横梁连接。
