The invention relates to an escalator hoisting method which comprises the following steps that S1, a plurality of escalator hoisting points are arranged in an installation space area of an escalator, and hoisting equipment is installed at each hoisting point; s2, the segmented escalator is sequentially transported to a mounting shaft, and each escalator segment comprises an upper escalator combination segment and a lower escalator combination segment; s3, splicing and combination of the upper escalator combination sections are completed, and after the upper escalator combination sections are connected, hoisted and installed through a plurality of hoisting devices, splicing and combination of the lower escalator combination sections are completed; s4, the upper escalator combination section is fixed, and meanwhile, the combined lower escalator combination section is connected, hoisted and installed through a plurality of hoisting devices; and S5, fixed installation of the escalator splicing part is completed. According to the escalator hoisting method, the problems that an existing structure is not provided with a reserved hoisting point and has no crane erecting condition, and the escalator is high in installation risk and difficulty can be solved, and the escalator hoisting method is particularly suitable for hoisting a long escalator which is not provided with a hoisting point and is poor in construction environment.

    本申请涉及一种扶梯吊装方法,包括以下步骤:S1,在扶梯的安装空间区域设置多个扶梯吊装吊点,并在每个吊点部位安装起吊设备;S2,将分段的扶梯依次运输至安装井道,扶梯分段包括上部扶梯组合段以及下部扶梯组合段;S3,完成上部扶梯组合段的拼装组合,通过多个起吊设备对上部扶梯组合段接驳吊运并安装后,完成下部扶梯组合段拼接组合;S4,固定上部扶梯组合段,同时通过多个起吊设备对组合后的下部扶梯组合段接驳吊运并安装;S5,完成扶梯拼接部位的固定安装。本发明中的扶梯吊装方法,能够解决已有结构无预留吊点,同时不具备支立吊车条件,电扶梯安装风险高,难度大的问题,尤其适用于无吊点、施工环境差的长大扶梯吊装。
