The invention relates to the field of water jet propulsion pumps for electric surfboards, in particular to a water jet propeller of an integrated structure. The problems that a motor, a main shell and a controller of an existing propeller are separated, so that connection and waterproof structures are complex and the like are solved. The water-jet propeller of the integrated structure comprises a main shell, a controller, a motor and a flow guide shell, a propeller shaft penetrates through a flow channel and is in transmission connection with a main shaft of the motor, the rear end of the propeller shaft extends into a barrel cavity and is fixedly connected with an impeller, and a motor shell is composed of an end cover and an installation barrel cavity integrally extending from the front end of the main shell. The main shaft hermetically extends out of one end, corresponding to the bottom wall, of the mounting cylinder cavity and is in transmission connection with the paddle shaft; the main shell is provided with a waterproof upper cavity for placing the controller, the wall of one side, facing the mounting cylinder cavity, of the upper cavity partially coincides with the bottom wall of the mounting cylinder cavity, and the side wall is provided with a waterproof power supply connector and a waterproof control connector. The motor, the controller and the main shell are integrated, the overall structure of the propeller is simplified, the coaxiality of the motor and the main shell is good, and the transmission efficiency is high.
本发明涉及电动冲浪板用喷水推进泵领域,特别是一体结构的喷水推进器。现有推进器的电机、主壳体及控制器分体导致连接和防水结构复杂等问题。为此本发明提供一体结构的喷水推进器,包括主壳体、控制器、电机以及导流壳,流道内穿桨轴与电机主轴传动连接,桨轴后端伸入筒腔固接叶轮,电机外壳由端盖和主壳体前端一体延伸的安装筒腔组成,主轴从安装筒腔对应底壁一端密封伸出传动连接桨轴,安装筒腔底壁和端盖均设配主轴的轴承;主壳体设防水的上腔安置控制器,上腔朝安装筒腔一侧的壁和安装筒腔的底壁部分重合,侧壁设防水的供电接头和控制接头。本发明使电机、控制器及主壳体三者一体,推进器整体结构简化,电机和主壳体同轴度好,传动效率高。
