The invention discloses a water-air integrated propeller test platform, which realizes water-air integrated test through a simple connecting rod mechanism and realizes the function of testing the lift force of a propeller in a water body and air respectively. According to the water-air integrated propeller test platform, lever force measurement design is adopted, when the propeller generates upward force on the torque test platform, the force is transmitted to the pressure test platform through the rocker arm, downward force is generated on the pressure test platform, the downward force acts on the pressure sensor, and the pressure sensor is driven by the rocker arm to rotate. By means of the mode, water-air isolation of the torque testing platform and the pressure testing platform can be achieved, and measurement of the water medium and the air medium is achieved. According to the invention, only the torque sensor needs to be subjected to waterproof design, and compared with the prior art in which the whole test platform needs to be subjected to waterproof treatment, the cost can be effectively saved.

    本发明公开了一种水空一体螺旋桨测试平台,所述水空一体螺旋桨测试平台通过一个简易的连杆机构实现水空测试一体化测试,分别在水体中和空气中实现测试螺旋桨升力的功能。本发明的一种水空一体螺旋桨测试平台采用杠杆测力设计,当螺旋桨在扭矩测试平台产生一个向上的力,通过摇臂将力传导到压力测试平台,在压力测试平台产生一个向下的力,这个向下的力作用在压力传感器上,经由压力传感器可得具体的压力数值,通过这种方式,可实现扭矩测试平台与压力测试平台的水空隔离,实现水空两种介质测量。本发明仅需对扭矩传感器进行防水设计,与现有技术中需要将测试平台整体做防水处理相比可有效节省成本。
