The invention relates to the technical field of solid buoyancy materials, in particular to a hollow sphere with a complex surface structure and a preparation method of the hollow sphere. The preparation method comprises the following steps: adding hollow spheres into a hydroxide solution, stirring and reacting at 70-90 DEG C for 1-2 hours, cleaning, and drying to obtain pretreated hollow spheres; uniformly mixing polyvinylpyrrolidone, n-amyl alcohol, ethanol, water, a sodium citrate solution and an alkaline additive to obtain an emulsion; adding the pretreated hollow spheres into the emulsion, adding tetraethoxysilane, and uniformly mixing to obtain a reaction mixture; and keeping the temperature of the reaction mixture at 30-60 DEG C for 22-26 hours, separating spherical substances, cleaning and drying to obtain the hollow sphere with the complex surface structure. By adopting the method disclosed by the invention, the specific surface area of the hollow sphere is greatly increased, so that the bonding area of the hollow sphere and the resin matrix can be increased, and the compressive strength of the solid buoyancy material can be further improved.

    本发明涉及固体浮力材料技术领域,具体而言,涉及一种复杂表面结构空心球及其制备方法;该制备方法包括:将空心球加入的氢氧化物溶液中,在70‑90℃下搅拌反应1‑2h,清洗后,烘干处理,得到预处理空心球;将聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、正戊醇、乙醇、水、柠檬酸钠溶液和碱性添加剂混合均匀,得到乳液;将所述预处理空心球加入所述乳液中,加入正硅酸乙酯,混合均匀,得到反应混合物;将所述反应混合物在30‑60℃下保温22‑26h,分离球状物,清洗后烘干,得到复杂表面结构空心球。采用本发明的方法,大大增加了空心球的比表面积,从而能够提高空心球与树脂基体的结合面积,进而能够提高固体浮力材料的抗压强度。
