The invention relates to a mechanical unhooking device, unhooking system and unhooking method.The unhooking device comprises a base, a hook pulling mechanism and a rod lifting mechanism, the rod lifting mechanism comprises a lifting component and a first elastic component, the lifting component is rotatably connected to the base, one end of the lifting component extends out of the base, the first elastic component is connected to the base, and the hook pulling mechanism is connected to the hook pulling mechanism; when the lifting component rotates under the action of external force, the elastic potential energy of the first elastic component is increased; the drag hook mechanism comprises a drag hook component and a second elastic component, the drag hook component is rotatably connected to the base, the drag hook component is used for hooking the drooping section of the drag hook lifting rod, the second elastic component is connected to the base and acts on the drag hook component, and when the drag hook component rotates under the action of external force, the elastic potential energy of the second elastic component is increased; according to the unhooking device, an existing unhooking mode is changed, the equipment cost is low, the operation load is small, and the unhooking efficiency, the unhooking precision and the unhooking success rate are all remarkably improved.

    本发明涉及一种机械式摘钩装置、摘钩系统及摘钩方法,摘钩装置包括底座、拉钩机构和抬杆机构,抬杆机构包括抬升部件和第一弹力部件,抬升部件可转动的连接于底座,抬升部件的一端延伸出底座,第一弹力部件连接于底座,并作用于抬升部件,当抬升部件在外力的作用下发生转动时,第一弹力部件的弹性势能增加;拉钩机构包括拉钩部件和第二弹力部件,拉钩部件可转动的连接于底座,拉钩部件用于勾拉钩提杆的下垂段,第二弹力部件连接于底座,并作用于拉钩部件,当拉钩部件在外力的作用下发生转动时,第二弹力部件的弹性势能增加;本摘钩装置,改变了现有的摘钩方式,设备成本低、运行负载小,并使得摘钩效率、摘钩精度以及摘钩成功率都显著提高。
